This article explains how to sign up to the Lumary ABA Help Centre so that you can access our help content.
Welcome to the Lumary ABA Help Center
This is the home of Lumary ABA help material. Here, you'll find articles to help you get started, learn the system, and troubleshoot.
Our help articles are only available to Lumary ABA customers and their people. If your company uses Lumary ABA, follow the steps below to sign up using your company email.

The Lumary ABA Help Center is hosted by Zendesk. This is not the same as the Salesforce login you use to access the Lumary ABA system.
When Lumary ABA was implemented in your organization, our team may have registered you to use the Help Center but you'll need to set a password before signing in. Check your email to see if you have a notification from support@lumary-aba.zendesk.com. If you do, follow the link in that email to set your password. If you don't, follow the steps below to sign up.
To sign up to the Help Center:
- Click on the Sign in text link in the top right of the Help Center page. You may need to scroll back up to see it.
- This opens the Sign in to Lumary ABA panel. On the left side of this panel, next to New to Lumary ABA? click on the Sign up link.
If you think an account may have already been set up for you, you can check using the Get a password text link next to Have you emailed us?
- In the Sign up to Lumary ABA form, fill in your full name and company email address and, if prompted, put a tick in the I'm not a robot checkbox.
The Help Center uses your company's email extension to allow you access and optimize your experience. You'll need to sign up with your company email account. If your company uses Microsoft or Gmail, it is recommended that you choose the Microsoft or Gmail option to log in to the help center.
- Click on the Sign up button.
- The system will email you a link and instructions to complete the sign up process. From then on, whenever you visit the Help Center, you'll be able to sign in with the account you've created to access our help articles.
